OUR CAREGIVERS
The goal of Kare Masters Home Health is to have a reputation for hiring the highest caliber caregivers. We hire only 1 out of 25 caregiver applicants who apply for a job. Think about how you would take applications from an interview that many people to find the right Caregiver. We hire applicants that have at least two years of caregiving experience and that have certifications (e.g. Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Medical Assistants, Certified Caregivers, etc); many are also retired nurses and other professionals. We recruit, hire and fire, so you never have to. Of course, we don’t want to fire someone who we’ve invested so much time and money to recruit. But, as you’d expect, if they don’t do a good job in your home, we remove them immediately.

OUR HEALTH CARE SERVICES
We offer full medical services including nurses for treatments such as wound care, high-tech infusion, Foley care, diabetic management, skilled observation and assessment, psychiatric one-to-one therapy, medication monitoring, and many other nursing procedures. Services rendered by Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses are consistent with a treatment plan established by the patient’s attending physician.
Registered Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants work to help patients regain physical function and improve their range of motion. Therapists assist and/or train patients with gait training, the use of wheelchairs, walkers, artificial limbs, etc., and pain control.
Our staff goes through Certification In Dementia Care. Registered Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants help each patient learn to better perform activities of daily living. Activities may include eating bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting to promote independence.
Registered Speech Therapists provide an effective speech program assisting patients in learning to better use and comprehend language. Enhanced written, spoken, and nonverbal communication helps patients gain greater independence and improved quality of life.
Licensed Clinical Social Workers assist patients in solving problems that may arise through illness, including social, financial, and transportation problems. Our staff is familiar with a vast number of community resources to aid persons in need.
A certified nursing assistant, or CNA, helps patients with activities of daily living and other healthcare needs under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
In-home care providers work hourly assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) such as; Assistance with bathing, dressing, skin care and grooming, Meal preparation, Transportation to appointments/errands, Housekeeping, and medication reminders.
Our companion services enable and assist our clients in building and maintaining a socially balanced lifestyle. Our caregivers can be personal companions or help seniors achieve their social goals through some activities like; planning, reading/writing, and offering transportation for personal visits.
Providing personal care for a family member is very delicate and extremely important for both physically and mentally. Kare Masters Home Health offers personal care services that are individual/client centered.
